As one of LA County's last available areas with plentiful and affordable land, the Antelope Valley is forecast to double its population over the next twenty years to nearly one million residents.

Encompassing over 61 square miles, the Zone includes nearly all the commercial and industrial zoned lands in both the cities of Palmdale and Lancaster. Unlike most areas within the LA basin, much of this land is available for development. Both improved and unimproved parcels are available as well as build-to-suit and spec space.
