Land is a great value here, often costing half what comparable property in other parts of Southern California demand.

Improved and unimproved industrial and commercial land is plentiful within the Zone. Both commercial and industrial buildings are also available for purchase or lease in several business parks located in the Zone.

Housing in the Antelope Valley is also very affordable. The median price of a home within the L.A. County portion of the Antelope Valley is $145,400, 40% to 50% less than similar homes within the LA Basin. Because homes are so affordable here, most of our residents are homeowners.
